Decent conditions at last across the Fylde this morning as the wind dropped and the temperatures rose. At Collins Park, Victoria FC upset the form book with a 3-2 win against in form Wesham Town to reach the final of the Division 4 Cup – well done to them. One game in the Prem saw Molloys beat Blackpool Catholic Club 8-2. The Catholic Club finish the season in sixth.

Golden Eagle's 1-0 win away at Mythop kept them at the top of Division 1. The unpredictable Bathroom Solutions beat Boars Head 3-2. There were also wins for Northern Care Colts and the Saddle who are showing good late season form. In Division 2, the Devonshire Arms came out on top in the game of the day as they beat leaders Fylde Coast Gates 4-2. Norther Rags continue to reel in the top two after they beat FC Rangers 3-0. Blue Room beat Teamsport 90 by the same scoreline, Wilo beat Station Tavern 8-3, Highfield Social won 6-1 against Number Four Celtic and Xceptional Kitchens turned over Uncle Tom's Cabin 4-1.

In Division 3, Frenchman's Cove are top after their 8-1 win against Metrostars. Wesham Town climber into second after beating the Old England 3-0. Athletico Excelsior lost 5-0 at home to Clifton Rangers whilst AFC Wilo won 8-3 away at Station Tavern. The Bispham Hotel won 2-1 away at Kirkham Con Club. In Division 4, Fylde Coast Gates threw away a 4-1 lead to draw 5-5v against Marton Athletic. Pump & Truncheon are five points clear at the top tonight after beating Highlands 6-0.

Don't forget that Tuesday night sees the Lancashire Sunday Trophy final between Reform Health Club and Blackhurst Budd. The County Ground, Leyland is the venue, 7pm Kick off. Try and make the trip – you won't be disappointed.

Poulton SFC 's 3-2 win against AFC Additions this morning now leaves them favourites to take the title. Reform Health Club FC's hopes of winning the league evaporated at home to Molloys FC as they could only draw 2-2. Poulton need a point from their final match against Reform but if Additions don't beat Molloys next week then the title will go to Poulton whatever the result of their final match.

There's still a long way to go in Division 1. Golden Eagle stayed top without playing whilst Wrea Green drew level on points after beating Sportsworld 4-3. Blackhurst Budd beat CTK FC 9-0 to go third. Boars Head beat Mythop 5-1 whilst Saddle FC beat Chris Allen Garages 5-1. In Division 2 Fylde Cast Gates are top after winning 5-0 against Number Four Celtic. Thje Devonshire Arms returned to form when beating FC Rangers 6-1. Northern Rags are still favourites to win this league after edging out Teamsport 90 FC 2-1. Blue Room's hopes faded after losing 3-1 to Mereside. AFC Wilo beat Uncle Tom's 3-2 away from home.

In Division 3, leaders FC Kingsfield were surprisingly beaten 2-0 by Marshall Court and this allowed Frenchman's Cove to take top spot as they won 4-2 away at Old England. Bispham Hotel are in third after they won 5-2 away at Wesham. Normoss Newton's 7-1 home win against Hampton Social moved them into fourth.

Score FC are still top of Division 4 following their comprehensive 9-0 win against the Highlands. Second placed Pump were without a game. Victoria FC are in third after wining 3-1 versus DH Gas. Wesham Town are still in the hunt after they won 9-2 away at Walkabout. Finally, Fylde Coast Vet's decent 6-2 away win at Fire & Ice FC ensured mid table obscurity.

The coldest March on record apparently and no more so than at Commonedge Road where the bitter easterly wind was completely unforgiving. On Pitch 7, AFC Additions retained top spot in the Premier Division with a 8-0 win against Revival Tattoos FC. Two more wins for the title. Next week's match away at Poulton SFC could be the title decider. Reform Health Club FC are still lurking dangerously in third place and they improved their goal difference thanks to a 13-1 win against Bloomfield Vets FC.

It was a good day in Division 1 for Golden Eagle FC as they went top after beating Saddle FC 3-1. Rivals wrea Green FC lost 5-4 away at Boars Head FC whilst Blackhurst Budd FC returned to earth as they were beaten 4-2 at home by mid table 21st Century Windows FC. Sportsworld Media FC returned to winning ways as they beat CTK FC 3-1.

In Division 2, Fylde Coast Gates FC opened up a four point gap at the top after they beat Hansom Cab FC 6-2. FC Rangers went second as they edged out Highfield Social FC 1-0. The Devonshire Arms FC's fantastic run of thirteen straight wins came to an end as they were held to a 4-4 draw by bottom club No4 Celtic. In the game of the day Northern Rags and blue Room drew 3-3. AFC Wilo won 3-1 away at Marton Institute whilst Mereside won 5-1 away at Uncle Toms.

Frenchman's Cove FC have been installed as the bookies favourite to take the Division 3 title as they beat the Bispham Hotel 4-1 away. They are now two points behind leaders FC Kingsfield with four games in hand. Normoss Newton Arms FC are also still in with a great chance of honours, they beat Athletico Excelsior by the same scoreline. There were also wins for Clifton Rangers who beat Marshall Court 6-2 and Kirkham Con Club who won 6-1 against the Old England.

Four more wins from their final five games should be enough for Score FC to take the Division 4 title as they hammered DH Gas FC 12-0 this morning. Their main rivals also picked up three points as Pump & Truncheon beat Layton 2-0, Victoria just about beat JJ Property 1-0 and Wesham Town beat the Highlands 6-1. Walkabout beat Fire and Ice 3-1 and finally, the Fylde Coast Vets beat Dutton Arms 4-1.

Remember that next week, the clock's spring forward one hour in the early hours of Easter Sunday morning.

Important! – Yet another important midweek semi final takes place on Wednesday night as current Gledhill Cup holders Poulton SFC take on Division 1 side Northern Care Colts FC at the ground of AFC Blackpool. Kick off 19-30. The winners will play Northern Rags FC in the Bloomfield Road final.

March 17th 2013 and the Premier Division finally became interesting. This morning Poulton SFC thumped leader AFC Additions 6-0 to go top of the table. In their final two games they have AFC Additions and Reform Health Club to play. Two wins will win the league but four points may be enough. AFC Additions have three games left whilst Reform Health have five. Realistically, each of the three contenders have to be aiming for maximum points from their remaining games to ensure the title.

Division 1 has been interesting throughout and there were more twists this morning. Wrea Geen drew 3-3 with Boars Head and they're top on goal difference ahead of Golden Eagle FC who were surprisingly beaten by improving Saddle FC. Sportsworld Media looked to be suffering a Gledhill Cup semi defeat hangover as they were walloped 10-1 by Blackhurst Budd FC who climbed menacingly into third. Bathroom Solutions continued their good form with a 2-0 win against Mythop Leisure. 21st Century Windows FC beat Chril Allen Garages 3-2 whilst at the foot of the table Northern Care Colts and CTK FC played out a 3-3 draw.

Fylde Coast Gates top Division 2 after a 2-0 win against Highfield Social. The Devonshire Arms are in second following their 4-2 win against Mereside. Teamsport 90 FC went down 1-0 at home to Mere Park. Northern Rags are still hopeful of a league and Cup double. They're in fourth tonight after a 6-1 win against Xceptional Kitchens. Uncle Tom's Cabin FC climbed off the bottom of the table thanks to a 5-3 away win at Marton Institute. They were replaced by No4 Celtic FC who lost 3-1 away at AFC Wilo.

Division 3 leaders Kingsfield were without a game but they're still top tonight. Second placed Wesham were held to a 3-3 draw by Athletico Excelsior who look to be improving as the season goes on. The Bispham Hotel haven't given up on the title and their chances took a big lift as they beat Normoss Newton Arms 6-2. Frenchman's Cove beat Marshall Court 2-1 and they're in fourth. In the big bottom of the table clash Hampton Social took the points after a 4-2 win aginst Old England.

In Division 4, the top two both won. Leaders Score FC beat JJ Property 3-0 whilst second placed Pump & Truncheon beat Fylde Coast Vets 10-3. Third placed Victoria beat the Highlands 5-1. Marton Athletic enjoyed a 5-2 win against DH Gas and Walkabout beat Fire & Ice 6-3. The Wesham Town result is still awaited if the game went ahead.

Important! – Another important midweek semi final takes place on Wednesday night as Division 1 side Blackhurst Budd FC look to join fellow BFSFA side Reform Health Club FC in the final of this season's Lancashire Sunday Trophy. The game takes place at the ground of AFC Blackpool when the visitors will be Preston team New Farrington House FC (19-30 KO).

A strong chill wind from the East made things very uncomfortable for Sunday football spectators this morning. In the last of the Premier/Division 1 Cup ties, AFC Additions had a comfortable 8-0 away win at Mythop Leisure. They'll face Northern Care Colts in the semi finals. In the Division 2/3 Cup Teamsport 90 FC reached the semi finals after beating Highfield Social 4-0. They'll face Normoss Newton Arms FC who saw off a second half fightback from Hampton Social to win 3-2. The other semi final will take place between Devonshire Arms and Clifton Rangers. The Devonshire beat Northern Rags 2-1 whilst Clifton Rangers won 7-0 against Kirkham Con Club.

In the Premier Division, Poulton won 14-1 away at Blackpool Catholic Club. In the only other tie Molloys drew 2-2 with Bloomfield Vets. The Golden Eagle are back on top of Division 1 tonight following their 4-0 win against CTK FC. Second placed Wrea Green were beaten 4-3 by Blackhurst Budd. Sportsworld Media fought back from 3-1 down to beat Northern Care Colts 5-3. The Saddle did well to beat the Boars Head 4-1 and Chris Allen Garages won 2-0 against AFC Bloomfield.

Teamsport 90's time at the top of Division 2 lasted only seven days as Fylde Coast Gates finally returned to winning ways with a 6-2 victory against No4 Celtic. FC Rangers are sliding down the table and this morning they lost 5-3 at home to Marton Institute. Station Tavern beat Uncle Tom's 4-2 and AFC Wilo and Mereside finished at 4-4. Only one game in Division 3 this morning saw Frenchman's Cove climb to sixth thanks to a 5-1 win against the Old England.

In Division 4, Score FC put daylight between them and the leading pack as their 7-3 win against Fylde Coast Gates took them three points clear of Pump & Truncheon who went down 4-3 away at FC Victoria. Wesham Town are still in contention after beating Layton 5-3. The rest are now in a battle for fifth place. The Duttons lost 5-1 to Fire & Ice whilst Walkabout beat the Highlands by the same scoreline. DH Gas beat strugglers JJ Property Services 3-1.

Important! – Two important midweek semi finals taking place in the next few days. On Wednesday evening (7-30pm) – Northern Rags play Sportsworld Media in the first of the Gledhill Cup semi finals at AFC Blackpool's ground. The night after sees the first of the Lancashire Sunday Trophy semi finals as Reform Health Club take on Preston side Plungington Celtic at the ground of Bamber Bridge FC (7-30pm KO). Try and get out to see these games.

In the Prem/Division 1 Cup, Reform Health Club FC were beaten 2-1 in extra time by a hard working Sportsworld Media. The Division 1 Club will face Poulton SFC in the semi finals after they beat Blackhurst Budd 4-2. Northern Care Colts also reached the last four after a thumping 6-2 win against in-form Boars Head FC. The Colts will face either AFC Additions or Mythop Leisure who play next week. In the Division 4 Cup, Pump & Truncheon lost for the second time in a fortnight to rivals Wesham Town, 4-3 the scoreline. In the semis, Wesham will face in-form Victoria FC who maintained their recent run of excellent form as they beat Fylde Coast Veterans 7-4 after extra time. The other semi will be made up of Score FC who beat DH Gas 6-0 and Marton Athletic who put out Walkabout thanks to a 6-1 win.

There was only one game in the Premier Division this morning and that saw Revival Tattoos beat Blackpool Catholic Club 5-2 to go third in the league. It was another interesting day in Division 1. Bottom club CTK FC won 2-1 away at highflying Bathroom Solutions. The top two played out a 2-2 draw as Golden Eagle finished all square against Wrea Green. Chris Allen Garages beat the Saddle 4-1.

If they're not careful, Teamsport 90 FC will be playing Division 1 football next season. The club reached its highest ever league position this morning as they reached the dizzy heights of top of Division 2 thanks to a 4-1 away win at Number Four Celtic. Blue Room are also in good form of late. They're in second this evening after they beat Xceptional Kitchens 7-4. The Devonshire Arms are in third after they won 5-3 away at Marton Institute. Northern Rags FC are still the favourites to win this Division as they have lots of games in hand. Their 1-0 win against Fylde Coast Gates did their chances no harm at all. Highfield Social are also on the up. They beat Mereside 2-1 whilst FC Rangers beat bottom Club Uncle Toms 2-0.

In one of the results of the day, Clifton Rangers hammered Division 3 leaders FC Kingsfield 5-0. Their rivals took advantage. In the big derby, Wesham beat Kirkham Con Club to stay in second whilst the Bispham Hotel won 6-1 away at Hampton Social to go third. Normoss Newton were surprisingly held to a 2-2 draw by Marshall Court. Athletico Excelsior won 2-1 away at Frenchman's Cove. In Division 4, the Dutton Arms kept in touch with the leading pack as they beat the Highlands 7-3 and finally JJ Property Services held Fire & Ice FC to a 1-1 draw.

Anybody foolish enough to put a fixed odds coupon on this morning's Sunday football action would have surely lost their money thanks to many results that went against form. Premier Division leaders AFC Additions were beaten 2-1 by bottom side Bloomfield Vets. This allowed Poulton SFC to pull within a point as they beat Molloys FC 4-1 away. Never write off Reform Health Club. Their 3-1 win against Revival Tattoos puts them in third. Wrea Green are top of Division 1 this evening after they beat the Saddle 2-0. Previous leaders Golden Eagle lost 2-1 away at lowly Chris Allen Garages. Bathroom Solutions won the game of the day as they inflicted the first defeat of the season for Sportsworld Media with a 3-1 win. Blackhurst Budd lost 4-1 at home to Boars Head whilst in-form Northern Care were held to a 2-2 draw by bottom club CTK FC. Mythop Leisure returned to action with a 4-3 win against 21st Century Windows, they're in fourth tonight.

The chasing pack are closing in on Division 2 leaders Fylde Coast Gates. Whilst they were losing 3-1 to the Blue Room, Teamsport 90 FC pulled level on goal difference after beating Marton Institute 7-2. Blue Room are in third. Northern Rags beat Merside 2-1 whilst Highfield Social beat Station Tavern by the same scoreline. No4 Celtic enjoyed a rare win against Uncle Tom's Cabin and AFC Wilo did well to beat FC Rangers 2-1.

Division 3 leaders FC Kingsfield lost 2-1 at home to Wesham FC who moved into second spot. The Bispham Hotel were beaten 3-1 by Clifton Rangers. Frenchman's Cove beat Hampton Social 3-0 whilst Athletico Excelsior drew 3-3 with the Old England. It was an important day in Division 4. After the resignation of H&A Social, Pump & Truncheon found themselves back at the top and they're stil there tonight despite being trounced 8-3 by Wesham Town. Score FC pulled level on goal difference after they beat Marton Athletic 4-1. Wesham Town still have hope of winning the title after today's big win, they're in third. The Victoria were held to a 1-1 draw by bottom side JJ Property Services, a great result for them. There were also wins for Fylde Coast Vets, Fire & Ice FC DH Gas who beat Walkabout FC 4-2.

In the Division 3 Cup, Normoss Newton progressed thanks to a 4-2 win against Old England. The Bispham v Clifton Rangers tie went Clifton's Way thanks to a 4-1 win. Both of the listed fixtures in the Premier Division were postponed due to unfit pitches at AFC Blackpool and Pitch 6 at Commonedge. In Division 1, Golden Eagle's emphatic 8-0 win against 21st Century Windows took them to the top of Division 1. Blackhurst Budd moved into third after they beat the Saddle 4-1. Boars Head beat CTK FC 4-2 whilst Sportsworld and Bathroom Solutions drew 1-1. Fylde Coast Gates FC are still top of Division 2 despite a dip in form. This morning they were held to a 3-3 draw by AFC Wilo. Third met fourth at Boundary Park where Teamsport 90 FC and Mereside drew 2-2. The Blue Room beat No 4 Celtic FC 6-2. There were also victories for Marton Institute, Highfield Social and Xceptional Kitchens. FC Kingsfield still lead the way in Division 3 after they beat Athletico Excelsior 4-1. Fourth placed Wesham were beaten 2-1 by Frenchman's Cove whilst Marshall Court and Hampton finished at 2-2. Pump & Truncheon FC returned to the top of Division 4 on goal difference after they were held to a 1-1 draw by Fylde Coast Vets. Second placed Score were without a fixture. Wesham Town are third after they beat the Duttons 6-2 whilst Victoria are fourth after they beat Marton Athletic 7-0. Layton beat Fire & Ice 4-2 and Walkabout overcame JJ Property 3-0. DH Gas and Highlands FC played out a 3-3 draw.

The last semi final place was secured in this season's Gledhill Cup as in-form Northern Care Colts FC beat Division 3 side Frenchman's Cove 7-0. There was another big win in the Prem/Division 1 Cup when Poulton beat Saddle FC 8-0. It was Round 2 of the Division 2/3 Cup this morning. There were wins for Devonshire Arms, Northern Rags, Highfield Social, Hampton Social who pulled off the Cup result of the day by beating Kingsfield 1-0 and Teamsport 90 FC who put ten past Metrostars without reply. In the Prem, Additions went four points clear at the top after beating Blackpool Catholic Club 7-1. Elsewhere Revival Tattoos beat Bloomfield Vets 6-2. Only one game survived the weather in Division 1 and that allowed Golden Eagle to close the gap on Wrea Green thanks to a 4-0 win against 21st Century Windows. In Division 2, the top four were all involved in Cup action. Mereside went fifth after beating Hansom Cab 5-1. In Division 3, Wesham beat Athletico Excelsior 2-0 whilst Marshall Court beat Kirkham Con Club 3-1. In Division 4, Score FC went top following their comprehensive 9-2 win against DH Gas. In one of the results of the day, new boys Highlands FC beat Walkabout 4-2.

After the last fortnight's complete cancellation of Fylde Coast Sunday football the action returned this morning. Courtesy of the BFSFA committee, here are all of the provisional results from today's programme of league and Cup action. The tables, fixtures and results have now been updated. This morning witnessed the 2nd round of the Prem/Div 1 Cup. In the two inter Divisional games Division 1 ruled as Northern Care Colts smashed Molloys 5-0 and Mythop Leisure beat Bloomfield Vets 4-2. There are not many Prem sides left in but Reform Health edged out Wrea Green 2-1 on a sticky pitch whilst Additions beat the Catholic Club 4-1. Boars Head played well in their comprehensive 6-2 win against Golden Eagle. There were also wins for Blackhurst Budd and Sportsworld Media. In the Prem, Poulton pulled within a point of AFC Additions after beating Revival Tattoos 3-1. The only game in Division 1 saw Bathroom Solutions beat 21st Century Windows 2-1 to go third. Division 2 leaders Fylde Coast Gates drew 2-2 with third placed FC Rangers whilst second placed Devonshire Arms won 6-2 away at Uncle Tom's Cabin. Division 2 is shaping up for an exciting second half of the season with many teams still hoping for promotion. Highfield Social beat Blue Room whilst marton Institute enjoyed a big away win at No4 Celtic. Teamsport won away at Wilo whilst Hansom Cab held Northern Rags to a 2-2 draw. In Division 3, Kingsfield's 6-0 away win at Old England extended their lead at the top of the table ahead of Normoss Newton who were without a game. Bispham Hotel thrashed Metrostars 7-0 to stay in third ahead of Wesham who won 4-1 away at Hampton Social. The top two both won again in Division 4 and now look unstoppable in the race for the top two places. Leaders Pump & Truncheom won 3-1 away at Walkabout FC whilst Score beat Highlands 8-2 away. Victoria beat Fire & Ice and DH Gas beat Layton whilst Marton and Duttons played out a 2-2 draw.

Action from Commonedge Road where Boars Head FC (Barcelona strip) were hosting fellow Division 1 side Golden Eagle FC in the Prem/Division 1 Cup 2nd Round. In the above picture, the nippy Boars Head player (15) dinks it over the head of Eagle keeper Steve Morrell before going on to slot it home. Morrell didn't even look back at the obvious but instead rightly berated his defenders.

Sunday football returned for most of us across the Fylde Coast this morning but it was still cold on the Edge with supporters of all ages having to get wrapped up against the elements. Poor quality pictures this morning due to the gloom.

Premier/Division 1 Cup action between Boars Head and Golden Eagle (Yellow). Despite good early chances the Eagle failed to capitalise and they paid the price as the Boars raced into a 3-0 lead.

Three weeks ago, referee Dale Harvey was a spare part due to a communication breakdown and today misfortune struck again as he was the only official left without a game due to the non appearance of H&A Social FC who also left the JJ Property Services left standing with no opposition.

At Collins Park, Blackpool Catholic Club were hosting Additions AFC in the same Cup competition.
