With the Premier division title virtually decided the game of the day in the G Casino Blackpool & Fylde Sunday Alliance featured the contest for runner up spot with Poulton SFC defeating second placed Parkside (previously Gardeners Arms) 4-0 with Thomas Porter scoring three and Carl Eastwood one. Leaders Sanuk FC only need one more win to secure the crown after beating Spindles 7-0 with pairs from Jordan Spedding and David Mendonca supported by Anthony Pearson Nick Greenall and Jordan Douthwaite. Chris Smith`s double helped FC Loco to a 4-1 win over Mythop Leisure. Fleetwood Gym overcame Newton Arms 3-2 with Liam Forrest John Wilson and Adam Stephenson on target.
Division one leaders Golden Eagle lost 3-1 to challengers Blackpool Catholic Club who lead 2-1 at half time through John Mendonca and Kyle Ingham before David Cram`s late goal secured the points. Tower Lounge with games in hand strengthened their title hopes with the 3-2 defeat of Northern Care Colts with Kevin Beestring (2) and Alex Jebb their scorers. Village Steel got back to winning ways against Wrea Green with strikes from Liam Jenks and Tony Whittle earning a 2-1 victory. The County won 8-2 against C & G Electrical with Rick Seear`s six goals topping the scorers and Luke Noble getting both C & G goals. Highfield Social moved off the bottom after beating Brun Grove 3-2 with Damian Eastwood Jamie Haydock and Alex Hutchinson netting. Dan Sutton scored the only goal of the game for Bathroom Solutions against Tangerine Tavern.
At the top of division two leaders 21st Century Windows were surprisingly beaten 5-2 by CTK with Ben Hall bagging a hat trick. Blackpool Lane Ends are level after a pair from Matthew Wannell clinched a 4-0 win over Hansom Cab. Boars Head kept up their challenge following the 3-2 defeat of Stable Bar with Lee O`Neill (2) and Stephen Hughes scoring. FC Rangers enjoyed a surprise 4-3 win over Burn Naze with a Chris Scollen double. A treble from Matty Grime earned Clifton Arms a 3-1 victory against AFC Wilo.
Kingsfield maintained their division three title hopes after beating St Annes 5-0 with Shane Hull netting twice. Teamsport 90 `s challenge is fading after losing 6-4 to Number Four Celtic with Scott Thomson bagging four. Harry Taylor netted twice for Bispham Hotel in the 4-2 defeat of Blue Spot Knee Clinic.
In the only league game in division four Thatched House`s title challenge continued with the 5-0 victory over Victoria Hospital with five different players finding the net.
The final of the Bierkeller division four cup will be between Soul Suite who came from 3-1 down against Lane Ends Res. to win 5-3 and Excellent UK who knocked out Fylde Coast Vets. 3-1.
