Important – Gledhill semi final on Wednesday night at AFC Blackpool where Poulton SFC (Prem) take on Northern Care Colts FC (1) at 7.30pm. |
In the Prem, Poulton SFC end the recent good run of Gardeners Arms FC and dent their title hopes following a 5-1 away win. Sanuk FC go nine points clear following an important 3-1 away win at Great Eccleston FC. A good win for Golden Eagle FC puts them top of Division 1 tonight. Village Steel lose again and the Tower Lounge are held to a 2-2 draw by the County. 21st Century Windows are three points clear at the top of Division 2. Blackpool Lane Ends draw 2-2 away at CTK and the Boars Head go third after beating Hansom Cab. FC Kingsfield and Mere Park keep their faint hopes of the Division 3 title alive after important wins. Blue Room FC go top of Division 4 after a convincing win against DS Rovers FC. FC newton are well beaten by Berry's Beds and a good win for Stanley Arms, Wesham as they beat Excellent UK FC 4-1.
