Sanuk FC go nine points clear at the top of the Prem after beating West Coast Tackle Postal FC 7-0 away. Fleetwood Gym FC up to fifth after they picked up three points at home to Great Eccleston FC. In Division 1, leaders Village Steel FC were pummelled 6-1 by title contenders Golden Eagle FC. Blackpool Motor Works FC's current run of poor form continued with an 8-1 home defeat by improving County FC. In the Division's game of the day Northern Care Colts FC beat Blackpool Catholic Club 4-3. In Division 2 the top three all won to open up a six point gap. Good victories for Blackpool Lane Ends, 21st Century Windows and the Stable Bar. It was a good day in Division 3 for FC Kingsfield. Whilst they were beating Blue Spot Knee Clinic, leaders Xceptional Kitchens FC slumped to a 3-1 defeat away at Teamsport 90 FC who moved into fifth. In Division 4 it now looks like a two horse race for the title. Leaders Thatched FC had a comfortable win away at DS Rovers FC and chasers Blue Room FC picked up a massive three points against FC Newton to maintain the pressure at the top.
A glorious morning at the Edge today.

Referee Ross Swift
Marton Athletic FC (Blue & Black) v The Bispham Hotel FC
The Bispham fought back from three down but then conceded following a long ball over the top – good finish
A tight offside Division but Bispham liner 'Honest John' kept the flag down
Frustration at conceding
I far prefer referees to be dishing out cards – quite disturbing

A fantastic volleyed finish from Alan O'Loughlin was good enough to win any game (4-3 to Northern)
