Northern Care Colts FC reach the Gledhill semi final after knocking out Prem side Mythop Leisure FC on their own pitch. Gardeners FC go through on penalties following a 4-4 thriller against the Catholic Club. CTK FC win well away at Blue Spot Knee Clinic to progress in the Division 2/3 Cup. Quilligans go nine points clear in the Prem and Great Eccleston are up to third after a convincing win against FC Loco. In Division 1, Village Steel go top after convincingly beating C&G Electrical. There were further hard fought wins for Tower Lounge, Tangerine Tavern, The County and Wrea Green. In Division 2, Boars Head failed to make ground on the leaders after losing at home to Clifton Arms. No more bets on Xceptional Kitchens FC as they hammer Number Four Celtic 5-1 away to go thirteen points clear. However, Kingsfield are going well. They're up to second after today's big win against Old England and have four games in hand on the top side. Thatched were the big winners in Division 4 as they beat Stanley 4-0 to go top. The Blue Room are still in the the thick of it. Soul Suite dropped points away at Philly and in one of the results of the day, Fylde Coast Vets won 4-2 away at Excellent UK FC.
Jay 'Lua Lua' Roberts is a fit lad as shown by his athletic goal celebration for Clifton v The Boars Head. I missed it after he'd scored so he bravely recreated it for the Fyldesport camera at the half time interval. He wasn't going to do it more than once. One chance, one picture – nailed it!
