The G Casino Blackpool & Fylde Sunday Alliance Report 08 May 2011 

In the G Casino Blackpool & In the G Casino Blackpool & Fylde Sunday Alliance Quilligans won their second trophy of the season by retaining the Premier and First Division Cup. After Lee Broadbent had given Quilligans an early lead Paul Carroll equalised for Devonshire Arms to take the game into extra time when a late Peter Floyd goal sealed the victory in a closely contested match.

Mythop Leisure defeated Uncle Toms Cabin 4-0 in Division One with Chris Hibbert Danny McKenzie Stephen Ramsden and Adam Scholes on target. The County and Additions shared the points in the 1-1 result with Scott Waters and Ashley Robinson on the score sheet.

CTK beat Division Two runners up Tower Lounge 4-3 with a Steve Taylor double and other goals from Liam Appleby and James Isadore with Carl Bennett Liam McCabe and Chris Preece replying.

In Division Four No.1 Club and Blackpool Catholic Colts finished level 2-2 with Liam Bradshaw and Daniel Duffy scoring their sides two goals. 

The Penalty Prize competition for winners of the divisional fair play awards has been won by Barry Davenport of the Tangerine Tavern.

The final of the Gledhill Trophy between Quilligans and Fleetwood Gym takes place at Bloomfield Road next Monday 16 May at 7pm.
