In the Premier Division Gardeners Arms finished their season with a 3-0 victory over Blackpool Rangers with Mark Butler Adam Huttley and Lee Impett on the score sheet. They are now second but Poulton SFC who won the Lancashire Cup last week have three games left and are favourites for the runners up spot.
Northern Care Colts kept in touch with the leaders in Division Two after beating Squirrel 2-1 with Carl Faber and Marc Robinson netting. With games in hand Tower Lounge are still challenging after a Nick Devereaux goal gave them a 1-0 victory over C & G Electrical. Wrea Green won 4-0 against Fleetwood Kings with Kevin Beig and Sam Weatherby getting doubles. Kyle Weaver`s pair gave Blackpool Catholic Club a half time lead against Dockers with further goals from Damian Clayson Daryl Taylor and Mark Arrowsmith earning the 5-0 win.
Division Three champions Boars Head celebrated winning the title with the 6-0 defeat of Old England with Lee O`Neill and Craig Harding both netting twice. Runners up Blackpool Lane Ends beat Marshall Court 3-0 with Darren Meehan (2) and Jeff Blincow on target. Goals from Ashley Baines Nathan Shelliker and Adam Wilson gave Lane Ends a 3-2 victory over F C Rangers. A Liam Boyle hat trick secured a 4-0 win for Hansom Cab against AFC Bloomfield.
The Sun Inn lifted the Division Four Cup after beating Metrostars 3-1 with Mark Yates converting a first half penalty and Paul Gaskell scoring two second half goals. Stable Bar were crowned Division Four champions after defeating CBFC Choice Furniture 5-3 with a Shaun Worden double and Chris Hastwell Stephen Miller and Dean Smithen also on the score sheet.
