In the G Casino Blackpool & Fylde Sunday Alliance Quilligans were crowned Premier Division champions after retaining the title following the 5-0 victory over FC Loco inspired by a hat trick from Jordan Spedding with the other goals from Stewart Diggle and Steve Ralston. Devonshire Arms are still challenging for the runners up place after defeating Blackpool Rangers 4-2 with a double from Mark Ashall.
Fleetwood Gym leaders of Division One had a 5-0 win against Golden Eagle with Dean Richards netting three. Second placed West Coast Tackle maintained their challenge after beating Uncle Toms Cabin 3-1 with Steve Seear Bobby Meikle and Warrick Hargreaves on target. The two top teams meet at Fleetwood on Sunday in the title showdown. Bloomfield Vets. hopes for honours ended after losing 4-1 to Great Eccleston with Denis Pulford scoring twice. Christ the King overcame Spindles 5-4 with Stephen Chantler and Bradley Gill both getting pairs for the winners and Daniel Howard netting twice for Spindles. Shovels and Additions shared the points in the 3-3 result with Andrew Barrow and Sion Kenyon scoring doubles for their teams.
In the Division Two and Three Cup Teamsport 90 beat Wrea Green in extra time after the sides finished 1-1 with Conner Cooper and Andrew Thornley the scorers. Teamsport meet Tower Lounge in the final after they won 4-2 against Real Burlington with Carl Bennett Scott McCabe Nick Devereaux and Chris Peace on their score sheet.
Tangerine Tavern maintained their lead at the top of Division Two after winning 5-0 against CTK with Steve McEwan`s double leading their scorers. Two goals from Pim Fracke clinched a 2-0 victory over Blackpool Catholic Club for second placed Northern Care Colts, A hat trick from Steve Wright earned C & G Electrical a 6-0 win against Layton Institute.
Division Three leaders Boars Head defeated St. Annes 3-1 with a Lee O`Neill pair and a Darren Smith goal. A last minute goal gave FC Rangers a 3-3 draw with Mere Park with Liam Webb (2) and Nathan Lydon scoring and Anthony Kibbler Calum McKenzie and new signing Nick McCluskey replying for Mere Park.
Stable Bar only need one more point to take the Division Four title after winning 2-1 against D H Gas with Stephen Miller and Chris Worden on target and Scott Lion replying. In a high scoring game Darren Worrall`s four goals and two from Kevin Fairhurst helped Xceptional Kitchens to a 7-4 success against Clifton Arms with Tony Burke grabbing a hat trick for Clifton. Doubles from Michael Crossland and Paul Gaskell headed the Sun Inn scorers in the 7-0 defeat of Lane Ends Res. Stuart Wilson scored the only goal of the game for Metrostars against CBFC Choice Furniture.
