FC Matrix resign from the league

Last season FC Matrix won the Division 3B title by six points and were elevated straight into Division 1 but the team officially folded this week.  A reluctance to pay LFA fines was the reason provided by the committee.  The Division 1 table has been amended on the Sister Site to reflect this news.
