Pre-Season Previews 2007/08 – Division 2B.

The pre-season predictions for Division 2B.  I'm still on track to finish the remaining two leagues before the season starts.

Division 2B

Division 2B hopefully starts off with thirteen teams.  No other Division highlights the difficulties the BFSFA committee encounters when it tries to formulise a new Divisional structure.

Last season 2B started off with fourteen teams but within weeks it was down to twelve as both Christ the King FC and Gillespies FC unfortunately folded.  At the end of the season champions Progress Property along with the Shovels and Fylde Coast Gates were promoted leaving nine teams left.  To add to the problems three teams from within the Division folded at the end of the season.  They were Foulds Metals, AFC Links Hotel and AFC Dunes.  Stanley Arms, Wesham were also relegated to Division 3A.  That left the BFSFA committee with only five teams left in the Division which proved to be a real problem.

Helping make up the thirteen teams are Elswick and the Highlands who
