Christ The King FC of Division 2B have resigned from the league. Player/manager Scott Buchanan cited problems with getting a full team out on a sunday morning as the main problem for his side this season.

Scott reported, “it's frustrating spending all week ringing round players and thinking I have a good 13 or 14 for the match, then come sunday morning and there's only 7 or 8 of them. After winning around 90% of our matches over the past couple of seasons, our poor start this season, losing 5 out of 5, hasn't helped matters.”

So, it's goodbye to Christ The King FC. All their league results have been wiped off the records, updated Division 2B table and Scorers charts are now available.

Christ The King players will be able to re-sign for new clubs in December, providing all the club's financial obligations to the league have been met.
