One of the best places to watch cricket or football in the Fylde is undoubtedly the picturesque village of Wrea Green.  With the backdrop of St Nicholas Parish Church (Built 1948-49) and the whitewashed walls of the village pub it represents archetypal England in all its glory.  The Grapes pub is also well worth a visit.  If you can force your way past the boorish toffs who inhabit the bar area, (Cardigans tied around shoulders talking far too loudly), you
